We had a fantastic turnout at our Memorial Day events as we gathered to honor our troops who never made it back home. We must always remember that our freedoms are built on the sacrifices of our bravest. Many thanks to our countless volunteers for all their hard work and help during the busy Memorial Day weekend. I was able to walk in Grayslake Parade and join the Memorial Day service in Round Lake Beach. Please check out the video with my reflections on this most meaningful day.

Lake Zurich on Fire!

Last week, we had a great turnout at our grassroots get-out-the-vote event in Lake Zurich. Next month, the campaign will be holding another grassroots event, and I’d like to make sure you know that I want you to come if you can. SAVE THE DATE. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 26, as our campaign will hold a fundraiser at Austin’s Restaurant in Libertyville. All the money we raise will ensure that we raise my profile during the following months of the campaign and ensure that all Lake County voters know that under Eric Rinehart, crime is up, criminal prosecutions are down, and our loved ones are less safe in Lake County.

Finally, no campaign is complete without volunteers and yard signs in lawns as we head into the summer months and, before you know it, into autumn.
